A Visible Woman

Knows her own power

Claims space in the world

Isn't afraid to be seen and heard

A visible woman doesn’t hide and doesn’t pretend.

Her fears don’t overshadow her desires.

She expresses herself with confidence and her opinions are heard and respected.

She knows her own mind and is comfortable in her body.

She’s authentic in her interactions and people naturally follow her lead.

1

Worrying about other people's judgments is exhausting.

Being afraid of getting it wrong is limiting.

Constantly questioning yourself keeps you stuck.

2

It's time to claim your birthright as a visible woman.

To stop second-guessing yourself.

To get comfortable setting healthy boundaries.

3

To speak up and be seen exactly as you are.

To step toward the opportunities that are waiting for you.

A Visible Woman is a program for all who identify as women. It supports you to step into your full potential.

It clears out the gendered conditioning that stops you from being authentically yourself, in all environments.

You'll uncover who you are beneath the identity that’s been constructed for you and learn to shine unapologetically.

What people say about A Visible Woman

”

Sam, I've done pretty much all of your programs in the last 4 years, but this one is by far the best and most transformative experience I've had so far.

-Gulara, United Kingdom

”

I feel very supported by Sam and the Grace she envelops us with. The good stuff of life seems to intensify, chance meetings, doors opening to opportunities, and lovely surprises to shift me into flow.

-Diana, New Zealand

”

You have no idea the scale of how much you have helped me see myself. The truth of me. I have so much love and acceptance of myself now.

-Megan, Australia

What you'll learn

MODULE 1: The Perfectionist and the People Pleaser

In this module you'll explore the good girl archetype, specifically the relationship between the good girl and (i) perfectionism and (ii) the people pleaser. You'll explore what's been holding you back from speaking up and becoming more visible.

MODULE 2: What they've told you a woman is

This module explores Simone De Beauvoir's famous quote; ‘One is not born, but rather one becomes, a woman'. You'll look at characteristics commonly attributed to women – nurturing, passive, gentle, submissive, concerned with appearance – and unpack what's actually true for you and what's been imposed upon you.

MODULE 3: Whose body is this anyway?

In this module you'll explore the ways that patriarchy's construction of womanhood disconnects us from our bodies and has us criticising rather than embracing them.

You'll also look at the ways that men's needs are centred over women's and the impact that has on your relationship with your body.

WHAT MAKES A VISIBLE WOMAN UNIQUE

The curriculum weaves together lessons in feminist theory with personal development and block clearing exercises. In this way you don't just learn about some of the influences impacting on your capacity and willingness to be seen and heard. You get to free yourself from them.

”

I loved the content, the exercises, the reflections. They all really helped me to have a better understanding about the visibility blocks and the patriarchy.

I feel more grounded! It's like a HUGE VEIL has been lifted from my mind and heart. I´ve never seen any course like this one. I strongly believe that any women would benefit from this kind of knowledge and energy work.

-Nadia, El Salvador

”

In enrolling in A Visible Woman, my expectation was to be able to show up stronger and more authentically in my soul business. That expectation has been met 1000%.

I have been showing up so much more in the past few months than I did before I started the program. I show my face, I own my role as a leader (more and more). I have more to give to people. I would definitely recommend it to other people.

-Suzanne, Germany

”

Before I joined the program I told myself I didn't need it, I was being indulgent doing it again, I shouldn't spend the money. Now I've done it, I would absolutely recommend it to others.

I've become less anxious, more confident, happier to be me, clearer in my boundaries. I don't take everything so personally, I'm better at caring for myself, I make decisions more easily, I'm more able to negotiate rather than just give way.  I've done my first live interview, started an online course, started speaking up more and with more clarity, and have more energy.

-Sophie, Australia

I absolutely recommend A Visible Woman! It empowers you in developing a self-knowledge and an awareness of how your voice has been shut down and teaches you strategies that best support you to step into your power.

It helped me to understand both my unique experience and the collective cultural experience, of being a woman in a patriarchal society. I better appreciate the difficulties in finding and keeping my voice loud and proud. Thanks for empowering me to continue with finding the courage and confidence required to be a visible woman in our time and age.
